DELIVERIES

Delivery Service is next day if in stock or 7 to 10 working days if out of stock.

REFUNDS

Refund policy. If you received your goods and you are not satisifed you will receive a full refund providing the good are returned to A2000 in the condition you received them. If you have ordered incorrectly, there will be a £10 handling charge.

CANCELLATIONS

If items are cancelled before being despatched a full refund will be given, if goods have be despatched a refund will be given providing the goods are returned in the condition they were sent in, less £20 for delivery and collection.

MONITORING

A2000 will monitor from time to time the status of the website, the users and web stats and make sure everything is running perfectly.

INDEMNITY

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold A2000 Systems Limited and its affiliate and related companies harmless from any and all liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, related to any Violation of this Agreement by you or users of your account, or in connection with the use of the A2000Systems.co.uk Site.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT WILL A2000 OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF DATA, CORRUPTION, LOST PROFITS, COST OF COVER, OR OTHER SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT (INCLUDING ANY ACCOMPANYING DOCUMENTATION), HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY. THIS LIMITATION WILL APPLY EVEN IF A2000 OR AN AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. IN NO EVENT WILL A2000 LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE PRODUCT. LICENSEE ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE AMOUNTS PAID BY LICENSEE FOR THE PRODUCT REFLECT THIS ALLOCATION OF RISK. Some states or other jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not be applicable in certain instances. None of the above affects the statutory rights of licensees residing in the United Kingdom.
